29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems: (a) On July 9, 2024, and at times prior, at 4001 Lockport Street, Bismarck, ND, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 6 feet while engaged in roofing activities on a 3-story apartment complex with a 6/12 pitch.
