Bundles of material were stacked up to 6 bundles in height, without being secured. Employees were exposed to struck by hazards No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.

29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): The employer did not ensure that only stable or safely arranged loads were handled: a) Warehouse - On or about July 18, 2024, metal shelving bars were stacked in bundles six high but were not arranged in a stable manner. Employees utilized a fork lift in order to handle the bundles, exposing employees to struck by hazards. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
