29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2):The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: (a)Stone Hill Excavation, LLC at 5400 North Cliff Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57104: On or about and at times prior to July 17, 2024, the employer did ensure employees were trained on the use and operations of water pumps in that employees did not understand and recognize the hazards associated while conducting priming operations. This condition exposed employees to burn and struck-by hazard.
