29 CFR 1910.1052(d)(4)(i): The employer did not perform exposure monitoring when a change in workplace conditions indicated that employee exposure may have increased: (a) On or about July 31, 2024, the employer did not perform additional air monitoring after implementing new handling procedures and engineering controls when initial sampling conducted in 2018 determined over exposures to the permissible exposure limit for methylene chloride.
