29 CFR 1926.451(g)(2): The employer did not provide fall protection for employees erecting or dismantling supported scaffolds: Location: 524 Union Ave. Belleville NJ 07109 a: The employer did not provide fall protection for employees engaged scaffold erection. An employee was exposed to 12-foot fall hazards while putting together a supported scaffold. Violation occurred on or about August 9, 2024. Sanchez Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.452(g)(1)(vii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1630481, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 10, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1 Fairfield Ave. West Caldwell, NJ 07006.
