29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Residential home porch located at Lot 33, 123 Applewood way, Homer, GA 30547 - On or about 7/2/2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that, the employer failed to ensure that fall protection system was used by employees engaged in framing activities of approximately 10-feet above the ground level. Alejandro Juarez Perez was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1432001, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/04/2020, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 303, 5550 Mirror Lake Drive, Cummings, GA 30028.
