29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee was using eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles. At a new residential worksite located at Lot 11 N Askew Ave KC MO -- employees engaged in framing duties were using pneumatic nail guns, hammers and other small hand tools. The employees were not wearing eye protection. This exposed the employees to getting debris in their eyes causing injury. This was documented on or about 4/24/2024.

This exposed the employees to fall hazards of more than 2 stories high. This was documented on or about 4/24/2024.
