29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: Worksite located at 8156 NW Milrey Drive, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to possible eye injuries while using pneumatic nail guns as well as radial saws and employees were not wearing any means of eye protection. The Carranza Construction, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1771029, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 9.30.24, with respect to a workplace located at 8601 N. Askew Ave., Kansas City, Missouri 64156.

The Carranza Construction, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1771029, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 9.30.24, with respect to a workplace located at 8601 N. Askew Ave., Kansas City, Missouri 64156.
