29 CFR 1910.219(c)(4)(i):Unguarded projecting shaft end(s) did not present a smooth edge and end and projected more than one half the diameter of the shaft: a) DGO, Inc (dba: B&J Sawmill Inc), Green Chain: On or about August 23, 2024 and at times prior, employees were exposed to caught in hazards while working around an unprotected 2 1/2 inch diameter keyed shaft located on the East side of the drive gear to the green chain that protruded approximately 7 1/2 inches. b) DGO, Inc (dba: B&J Sawmill Inc), Green Chain: On or about August 23, 2024 and at times prior, employees were exposed to caught in hazards while working around an unprotected 2 1/2 inch diameter keyed shaft located on the West side of the drive gear to the green chain that protruded approximately 4 inches.
