29 CFR 1910.303(b)(6): Equipment located in damp or wet locations was not identified for that purpose. Building 472, between Station 30 (Induction Area) and LM2500 Turbine Shop: On or about October 1, 2024, and at times prior thereto, an electrical outlet, with a surge protector attached for the computer equipment, located near a plumbed eyewash station, was not rated for a wet environment which potentially exposed employees to electrical hazards.
