29 CFR  1910.147(f)(1)(ii):Employees were not removed from the machine or equipment area in accordance with paragraph (e)(2) of this section during testing or positioning of machines, equipment or components thereof.  a)  852 Pennsylvania Ave, Pen Argyl, Plant #1, HR2000 Machine - On or about September 13, 2024,  when performing a mold change the machine was required to be energized and employees were not removed from the danger zone during operation.
