29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a)Mart Brothers Construction, Inc. at 327 North Pine Street, Vermillion, SD 57069: On or about and at times prior to October 4, 2024, the employer did not ensure that employees performing framing operations on a multi-family residential property were protected from falls by an adequate fall protection system. This condition exposed the employees to fall hazards greater than six feet.
