29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about October 9, 2024, employees engaged in framing work were exposed to fall hazards greater than 10.8 feet. United Contracting Group, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1655817, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on June 21, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 760 Jefferson Road, in Rochester, New York 14623. No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
