Briarbrook Lane Park City, KS 67147, employees engaged in residential roofing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet 6 inches from the eave of the roof to the ground below in that the ladder used to access the roof was not extended at least 3 feet above the eave and was not secured to the structure.
