29 CFR 1910.95(l)(1):The employer did not make available to affected employees or their representatives copies of 29 CFR 1910.95 and did not post a copy in the workplace: a) Clarion Bathware, various production areas, on or about October 25th, 2024 and times prior thereto: The employer maintained an ongoing hearing conservation program for employees with time weighted average noise exposure levels great than 85 dBA. The employer did not maintain and post a copy of the 29 CFR 1910.95 standard when a hearing conservation program was required.
