This was most recently documented on October 25, 2024 at the job site located at 3314 Bedford Ct. (Lot #41), Wichita, KS 67226 when Gustavo Rodriguez had his employees engaged in residential roofing activities, utilizing a pneumatic nail gun with no eye protection.  Gustavo Rodriguez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1508430, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 03-10-2021, with respect to a workplace located at 12814-12816 E Zimerly, Wichita, KS 67205. This was most recently documented on October 25, 2024 at the job site located at 3314 Bedford Ct. (Lot #41), Wichita, KS 67226 when Gustavo Rodriguez had his employees engaged in residential roofing activities, utilizing a Werner aluminum ladder to access the roof and was not extended at least 3 feet at the residential's eave.   Gustavo Rodriguez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1654487, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 06-14-2023, with respect to a workplace located at 2135 E 159th Circle, Wichita, KS 67230.
