29 CFR 1926.62(d)(4)(ii): Where the employer had previously monitored for lead exposure, and the data was not obtained within the past 12 months during work operations conducted under workplace conditions closely resembling the processes, type of material, control methods, work practices and environmental conditions used and prevailing in the employer's current operations, the employer relied on such monitoring results to satisfy the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.62(d)(4)(i):  a) Worksite at 602 Robert Fulton Hwy, Quarryville, PA 17566: On or about November 14, 2024, the employer had not conducted monitoring for lead exposure within the past 12 months during work operations conducted under similar workplace conditions. Employees were exposed to lead in excess of the permissible exposure limit (PEL) while performing abrasive blasting tasks to a water tower, which contained lead paint.  No abatement documentation or certification is required.
