The employer shall include in the program the following provisions of this section, as applicable: (i) Procedures for selecting respirators for use in the workplace; (ii) Medical evaluations of employees required to use respirators; (v) Procedures and schedules for cleaning, disinfecting, storing, inspecting, repairing, discarding, and otherwise maintaining respirators; (viii) Training of employees in the proper use of respirators, including putting on and removing them, any limitations on their use, and their maintenance; and   a) On or about November 14, 2024 in the woodworking area, the employer did not establish and implement a written respiratory program addressing sections 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i), (ii), (v) and (viii) with worksite-specific procedures for employees who were provided 3M 5301 elastomeric half-face respirators with organic vapor cartridges for voluntary use, when performing work including but not limited to using the miter saw.
