29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program that included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): (a)Mary Maguire Art LLC, 70 Ferry Road, Hadlyme, CT 06439 in the work area; On or about September 12, 2025, and at times prior, employees were exposed to solvent based finishes, mercury, and lead during their routine job activities of working on antique frames without access to a written hazard communication program. Employees were not provided training and information regarding hazards of exposure to the hazardous substances they use at work.
