29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  Jesus Quevedo is failing to protect his employees from struck-by hazards. This was most recently documented on December 11, 2024 at the job site located at 4723 North Saker St., Wichita, KS 67219 when Jesus Quevedo had his employees engaged in residential roofing activities, utilizing a pneumatic nail gun with no eye protection.  Jesus Quevedo was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1517564, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/18/21 with respect to a workplace located at 2218 Watercress, Andover, KS. This was most recently documented on December 11, 2024 at the job site located at 4723 North Saker St., Wichita, KS 67219 when Jesus Quevedo had his employees engaged in residential roofing activities, approximately 17.5 feet, and he failed to provide fall protection.  Jesus Quevedo was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard  1926.501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1517564, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/18/21 with respect to a workplace located at 2218 Watercress, Andover, KS.
