29 CFR  1910.134(c)(2)(i):Respirator users were not provided with the information contained in Appendix D to 29 CFR 1910.134 when the employer determined that any voluntary respirator use was permissible:  At the commercial facility located at 7701 Independence Avenue in Kansas City MO, on December 30, 2024 and at times prior: Employees were exposed to skin conditions such as dermatitis and lung related illnesses like asthma, as they were provided with N95 respirators to use voluntarily when working in the fabrication department. The employer did not provide employees with a copy of the Appendix D of the OSHA respiratory protection standard.
