29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: (a)Custom Truck One Source dba Load King at 701 East Rose Street, Elk Point, SD 57025: On or about and at times prior to April 9, 2025, the employer did not ensure effective point of operation guarding was in place on the Pinnacle Model #: MG-20-AB1-06, Serial #: 21712, located on the production floor. This condition exposed employees to crushing and amputation hazards.
