This condition exposed the employee to fall hazards while accessing the stairway to the second level.

This condition exposed employees to struck-by hazards. Thunder Ridge Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1653302, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 30, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 4920 East Rosa Parks Place, Sioux Falls, SD 57110.
