This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

Georgeko Industries, Inc. - On or about 1/13/25, and at times prior thereto, a portable fire extinguishers by the southeast exit door was blocked by storage.  The items blocking the fire extinguishers included, but was not limited to, a box of pipes and hoses and a small shop vac.
