29 CFR 1910.184(c)(10):Hands or fingers were placed between the sling and its load while the sling was being tightened around the load: At a worksite located at 2707 N. Barnes, Springfield, MO 65803, employees were exposed to amputation, caught in and crushed by hazards. The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by allowing them to raise a load with a crane while it was configured in manner that allowed the employees fingers to be caught between the load and the lifting sling.

29 CFR 1910.184(h)(1):Employer did not use natural and synthetic fiber-rope slings that have permanently affixed and legible identification markings stating the rated capacity for the type(s) of hitch(es) used and the angle upon which it is based, type of fiber material, and the number of legs if more than one: At a worksite located at 2707 N. Barnes, Springfield, MO 65803, employees were exposed to struck by or crushed by hazards. The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by allowing them to utilize straps that had damaged labels, which made the capacities for certain configurations illegible.
