29 CFR 1910.213(r)(4): Suitable guard(s) were not provided to reduce to a minimum the hazard due to the point of operation of the chop/cut off saw: On or about January 24, 2025, the employer failed to ensure that the Oliver cut off saw was effectively guarded to prevent employees from contacting the rotating blade. The equipment did not contain an automatically adjustable guard which could be adjusted dependent on the size of material being cut.
