29 CFR  1926.502(d)(16): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, shall be rigged such that an employee can neither free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m), nor contact any lower level:   a- 69 Rosemary Way, Mount Laurel NJ:   A worker was not protected from falling when walking and working from the top of a residential structure's exterior wall top plates while utilizing a rope lanyard whose length, along with this worker's height, would not have prevented them from contacting the concrete flooring below.  Condition observed on or about 01/29/25.  b - 69 Rosemary Way, Mount Laurel NJ:  A worker was was not protected from falling when walking and working from the top of a residential structure's exterior wall top plates while utilizing a rope lanyard that was connected back to itself after being wrapped around an unrated  interior wooden wall frame - used as the anchor.  Condition observed and noted on or about 01/29/25.
