On and/or before January 29, 2025, Employee(s) were potentially exposed to corrosive substances such as Ecolab, 73 disinfecting acid bathroom cleaner and Ecolab Lemon lift and suitable facilities for quick drench were not available for emergency use. a) Building 550, Folding room: Emergency eyewash station was blocked by a blue laundry cart and not available for immediate emergency use. b) Building 550, first floor: A plumbed eye wash station to provide a minimum flow of 15 minutes was not provided. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to eye irritation and blindness.
