29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedure did not provide clear and specific procedural steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy: a) On or about February 4, 2025, written procedures for the control of hazardous energy did not include the specificity needed to protect employees on the HEINRICH WEMHONER PRESSEN (Model 1-98-2006-70-0798) Press, which uses electric and pneumatic energy. Employees are required to be inside of the energized equipment while tightening and changing teflon boards throughout the day exposing them to caught-in hazards.
