29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used: a- 164 Eisenhower Drive, Mullica Hill NJ: On or about 02/10/25 company workers and the worksite Foreman were exposed to electrocution hazard when operating a portable electric circular saw, powered with a damaged flexible cord, that was plugged into a damaged flexible extension cord.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a-164 Eisenhower Drive, Mullica Hill NJ: On or about 02/10/25 two workers were exposed to fall hazards of 12 feet and in excess of 10 feet 5 inches when they were walking and working from a residential structure's garage exterior wall top plates without the use of fall protection.
