29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a- 40 Coleman Court, Wrightstown NJ: Workers and the company worksite Foremen were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 12 feet 9 inches, when working and walking at and near unprotected edges on a residential structure's second floor without fall protection. Condition observed on or about 03/10/26.  Goldline Construction Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1842350, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 28, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 125 Eisenhower, Woolwich Township NJ.  Goldline Construction Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1837152, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 26, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 214 Merseyside Drive, Woolwich Township NJ.  Goldline Construction Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1811605, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 21, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 173 Eisenhower Drive, Woolwich Township NJ.  Goldline Construction Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1803380, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 21, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 226 Merseyside Drive, Woolwich Township NJ.  Goldline Construction Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1803378, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on May 21, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 164 Eisenhower Drive, Woolwich Township NJ.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(2): The employer did not assure that each employee exposed to fall hazards was trained by a competent person qualified in the areas specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii)   a- 40 Coleman Court, Wrightstown NJ.  Workers and the company worksite Foremen were exposed to fall hazards when working and walking at and near unprotected edges of a residential structure's second floor without fall protection.  These Foremen and their workers had not received fall protection training as specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii).  Condition noted on or about 03/10/26.    Goldline Construction Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1842350, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on November 28, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 125 Eisenhower, Woolwich Township NJ.  Goldline Construction Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1807137, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on May 21, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 158 Eisenhower, Woolwich Township NJ.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
