29 CFR  1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  a- Building 29, Ryan Homes Monmouth Views Development, Howell NJ:  A worker was exposed to head injuries from impact and falling objects when they were not protected by a protective helmet or hard hat when while standing and working beneath a worker performing floor sheathing and other related activities. Condition observed on or about 02/05/26.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a- Building 29, Ryan Homes Monmouth Views Development, Howell NJ: Workers and the company worksite Foreman were exposed to fall hazards when working and walking at and near unprotected edges on a residential structure's second floor without fall protection. Condition observed on or about 02/05/26.  Goldline Construction Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1842350, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 28, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 125 Eisenhower, Woolwich Township NJ.  Goldline Construction Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1837152, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 26, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 214 Merseyside Drive, Woolwich Township NJ.  Goldline Construction Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1811605, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 21, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 173 Eisenhower Drive, Woolwich Township NJ. Workers and the company worksite Foreman were exposed to fall hazards when working and walking at and near unprotected edges of a residential structure's second floor without fall protection.  Five of these company workers had not received fall protection training as specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii).  Condition noted on or about 02/05/26.    Goldline Construction Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1842350, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on November 28, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 125 Eisenhower, Woolwich Township NJ.  Goldline Construction Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1807137, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on May 21, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 158 Eisenhower, Woolwich Township NJ.
