The employee was exposed to a pinch point between the guide rail and the moving belt. The employee sustained a fingertip amputation.    b) On or about 02/13/2025, in the Bulk Mozzarella Packaging Area, when employees performed setup and changeover of the New Douglas and Schneider case packer which required the opening of guards and adjustment of parts without locking out or controlling energy sources, employees were exposed to caught-by hazards in the event of unexpected machine start-up while reaching inside to adjust components.  ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
