Morente Construction, LLC was previously cited REPEAT for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1753969, citation number 02, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/26/24, with respect to a workplace located at Building 6, West Windson, NJ.

Morente Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1051(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1753969, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/26/24, with respect to a workplace located at Building 6, West Windson, NJ.
