29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: Fuels Cubicle Area: On or about February 26, 2025 and at times prior thereto, one relocatable power tap was being used in a manner inconsistent with the listing and labeling. A white relocatable power tap (colloquially called a power strip) was secured to a metal desk leg with a zip tie. Securing power strips to work benches or other surfaces can potentially damage the cord or cause overloading. This condition potentially exposed employees to an electric shock hazard.
