29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee exposed to fall hazards to enable them to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to follow in order to minimize them. a) 305 Heritage Way Lot 24 Henry AL; On or about February 27, 2025, and at times prior, the employer allowed employees to perform roofing activities without first ensuring they were trained on the hazards associated with falls, including but not limited to setting up and inspecting fall protection, exposing employees to a fall hazard of 9 feet 9 inch to the ground below.
