29 CFR 1926.1153(c)(1): For each employee engaged in a task identified on Table 1, the employer did not fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection specified for the task on Table 1. At the jobsite located at 9701 West 53rd St. North Maize, Kansas, employees engaged in commercial masonry activities, dry cutting on Silverdale Quality Stone cottonwood limestone, were exposed to silica hazards. The employer failed to implement engineering and work practice controls as outlined in Table 1 to reduce employee exposure to silica dust.
