29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a-173 Eisenhower Drive, Woolwich Township NJ: On or about 03/18/25 the company worksite Foreman and a worker, not using fall protection, were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 10 feet 7 inches when performing roof truss alignment, shaving, and performing, and other related activities, while working and walking from a residential structure's exterior wall top plates.
