29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about March 18, 2025, at a jobsite located at W208NN5680 Turnberry Ln, Lot 90, Menomonee Falls, WI 53051, employees conducting framing operations on the first floor of a residential structure were not protected from falling to the lower level. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 9.9 feet from the first floor of the structure to the ground below. The K & H Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1504653, citation number 2, item number 1, group letter b, and was affirmed as a final order on 5/17/2021, with respect to a workplace located at W143 N1139 Wrenwood Drive, Germantown, WI 53022.
