Pipefitters Shop: Employees took breaks to consume food and drink beverages at the lunch table that was contaminated with toxic substances used within the shop to include copper, manganese, and iron. Employees were exposed to chemical ingestion hazards.   c. Paint Shop: Employees took breaks to consume food and drink beverages at the lunch table that was contaminated with toxic substances used within the shop to include chromium, copper, manganese, and iron. Employees were exposed to chemical ingestion hazards.   d. Weld Shop: Employees took breaks to consume food and drink beverages at the lunch tables inside and outside that were contaminated with toxic substances used within the shop to include chromium, copper, manganese, iron, lead, and vanadium. Employees were exposed to chemical ingestion hazards.  e. Pipefitters Shop: The water fountain employees used for drinking water was exposed to toxic substances including chromium, copper, manganese, and iron.
