Employees performing roofing work at the ground level are not being protected from head injury: the employer Elo Restoration, LLC dba Elo Roofing. fails to assure effective head protection against head injuries from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns as required by the standard, as demonstrated on April 1, 2025, when one (1) employees performing roofing work at ground level at a house located at 1108 Veronica Place, in Saint Johns, FL, were exposed to the head injuries hazards, in that protective helmets (hard hats) were not utilized by employees while picking up debris around the home and passing material to the employees at the roof level.  Elo Restoration, LLC, was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1685496, Citation number 1, Item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on January 23, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 736 Spring Haven Drive, in Saint Johns, Florida, 32259.

ELO Restoration, Inc. was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1685496, Citation number 1, Item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on January 23, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 736 Spring Haven Drive, Saint Johns, FL 32259.

At 3415 Kori Road, in Jacksonville, FL: On or about April 1, 2025, the employer failed to report a work-related in-patient hospitalization within twenty-four (24) hours. The hospitalization occurred on March 28, 2025, and was not reported to OSHA.
