Harrah Rd , employees were installing water lines in an excavation more than four (4) feet in depth without a safe means of egress.    W.E.B. Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.651(c)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection numbers 1483288, citation number 1, item number 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on September 14, 2020, with a final abatement date of August 18, 2020, with respect to a workplace hazard located on the corner of Britton Road and Sooner in Oklahoma City, OK.
