29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical agents:  a) New townhome located on Lots 155-158 Vernon Lane, Dawsonville, GA 30534, Top plate: On or about 04/12/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic framing nail guns, in that no protective eyewear was provided to employees engaged in roof truss installation activities operating these tools at 130 PSI.  Rooster Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1797119, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/05/2025, with respect to a workplace located on Lot #5 Hensley Park Lane, Dawsonville, GA 30534.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:  a) New townhome located on Lots 155-158 Vernon Lane, Dawsonville, GA 30534, Top plate: On or about 04/12/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 18-feet, 3-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not used while installing trusses using the top plate as a walking/working surface.  Rooster Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1797119, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/05/2025, with respect to a workplace located on Lot #5 Hensley Park Lane, Dawsonville, GA 30534.  Rooster Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1739480, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/17/2024, with respect to a workplace located at Nickle Creek, Coweta, GA 30265.  Rooster Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1713610, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/14/2024, with respect to a workplace located at Lot #158-162 Upscomb Circle, Cartersville, GA 30120.
