29 CFR  1926.100(a):Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or electrical shock and burns:  Employees working at a temporary jobsite located at 22426 W 87th Ter. Lenexa, Kansas, were exposed to struck by hazards in that employees were working under a suspended load without head protection.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:   At the temporary job site located at 224263 W 87th Ter.  Lenexa, Kansas, employees engaged in residential framing activities using a pneumatic nail gun were exposed to struck-by hazards in that eye protection was not utilized.

29 CFR  1926.251(e)(8)(iii): Synthetic web sling(s) were not immediately removed from service when snags, punctures, tears, or cuts were present:   At the temporary job site located at 22426 W 87th Ter. Lenexa, Kansas, employees engaged in residential framing were exposed to struck-by hazards in that a synthetic sling damaged into the second layer was being used to unloaded trusses from the bed of a truck to the roof.

29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  At the jobsite located at 22426 W 87th Ter. Lenexa, Kansas, employees were exposed to chemical hazards. Employees  were exposed to dermal and inhalation hazards from exposure to titebond construction adhesive. The employer had not developed and implemented a hazard communication program.   The employer Garcia Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1910.1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1700754 , citation number 1, item number 1-a and was affirmed as a final order on 05-13-2024 , with respect to a workplace located at 1121 Corinthian Pl, Lee's Summit, MO.

Lenexa, Kansas, employees were exposed to chemical hazards. The employer did not have safety data sheets for the Titebond sub-floor adhesive that employees use.  The employer Garcia Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1910.1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1700754 , citation number 1, item number 1-b and was affirmed as a final order on 05-13-2024 , with respect to a workplace located at 1121 Corinthian Pl, Lee's Summit, MO.
