29 CFR 1910.37(a)(2):Exit routes were not arranged so that employees will not have to travel toward a high hazard area, unless the path of travel is effectively shielded from the high hazard area by suitable partitions or other physical barriers: a.) P J Murphy Forest Products Corp., 2589 Campbelltown Road, Kane, PA - On or about 4/22/25, and at times prior thereto, an unrestrained propane tank was sitting adjacent to an exit door. This is the area propane tanks are usually set to be filled. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
