Section 3.3.1, 3.3.8 and 3.3.9.,3.3.10: a)2010 Sunset Drive, Fogelsville, PA 18051, in the shop adjacent to the Apelio III 251017 Laser cutting machine: On or about April 29, 2025, compressed gas containers/cylinders, mixture of Nitrogen and Helium, were not stored securely. b)2010 Sunset Drive, Fogelsville, PA 180511, in the shop adjacent to the Apelio III 251017 Laser cutting machine: On or about April 29, 2025, compressed gas containers/cylinders, mixture of Nitrogen and Helium, were not stored with their caps to prevent valve damage.

This condition exposes employee(s) to a finger and/or hand hazard. b) 2010 Sunset Drive, Fogelsville, PA 18051, in the shop: On or about April 29, 2025, the Eisele metal chop saw was not fully guarded to prevent contact with the blade. This condition exposes employee(s) to a finger and/or hand hazard.
