29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a) Atlantic City Linen Supply, LLC -  Iron/folding area:  The Line 3 Folding machine, Model Pure Star, S/N 10430 had a portion of guard missing over the ingoing nip point between the fabric belts and the metal below resulting in employees exposure to crushing hazards, occurred on or about 04/27/2025.

29 CFR 1910.219(e)(1)(i): Horizontal belts which had both runs seven feet or less from the floor level were not guarded with a guard that extended to at least fifteen inches above the belt:  a)  Atlantic City Linen Supply, LLC -  Ironing area:  Two Pure Star ironer machines-Line 3 (S/N 10430) and Line 1 (S/N 20413) were found to have unguarded belts at the front. Employees placing linens onto the moving belts to feed the ironers are exposed to unprotected ingoing nip points, which exposes them to crushing hazards, occurred 04/27/2025.
