On or about 5/8/2025, the employer did not provide employees wearing the  half-faced and full faced Honeywell elastomeric respirators equipped with Honeywell Organic Vapor, P100 combination cartridges, model 7581 for painting operations and the Nova-3 continuously supplied air helmet, Part Number NV3-720 for blasting booth operations, with medical evaluations.
