(b) 2816 Zane A Miller Drive, Waynesboro, PA; Curtain Room storage racks - On or about May 12, 2025, two racking systems were not anchored to the floor and did not have the load limit posted. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
