The employer did not develop, implement, or maintain a workplace written hazard communication program, on or about May 12, 2025 b.) 4816 Zane A Miller, Waynesboro, PA - Door Fabrication - Employees were using chemicals including, but not limited to, paints, solvents, adhesives, and welding materials. The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet(s), on or about May 12, 2025. 29 CFR 1910.1026(d)(1): The employer with a workplace or work operation covered by this standard did not determine the 8-hour time-weighted average exposure for each employee exposed to chromium (VI): a) 4816 Zane A Miller Road, Waynesboro, PA 17268: On or about May 12, 2025, employees utilized stainless steel wire during welding operations and the employer did not determine the 8-hour-time-weighted average (TWA) exposure for each employee exposed to chromium (IV). BMP USA, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1026(d)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1741787, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on July 2, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 4816 Zane A Miller Road, Waynesboro, PA 17268. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
